摘要: 尿液获取简便, 能被无创性收集并能提供大量生理上变化发展进程的信息。尿液中存在许多潜在生物标记物, 包括代谢物质、细胞、蛋白、核酸等。许多因素对尿液中的生物标记物产生一定的影响, 诸如存储温度、存储时间、酸碱度、反复冻融等。而外在因素对尿液储存稳定性的影响仍存在争议。随着组学技术的发展, 利用尿液开展代谢组和蛋白质组学分析也日益增多, 进一步拓宽了外在因素影响尿液存储稳定性的研究。现就外界因素对尿液检测指标的影响情况及环境因素对尿液代谢组和蛋白质组学分析的影响情况做了综述。

Abstract: Urine is easily accessible, can be collected noninvasively, and provides information on numerous physiological processes. Urine is a source of numerous potential biomarkers, including metabolites, cells, proteins and nucleic acids. Many factors can affect the quality of the stored urine, including the time and temperature of storage, PH and multiple freezing and thawing. However, it remains being a controversial topic on the influence of exterior factors on the stability of urine storage. With the development of proteomics and metabolomics, mounting number of metabolomic and proteomic studies attempt to identify the influence of storage conditions on urine analysis. This review presents an overview of the influence of storage conditions on urine analysis.
