摘要:

泌尿系统感染(UTI)是临床最常见的细菌感染之一,通常症状不典型。准确诊断和早期治疗对于防止继发血流感染及改善患者长期预后至关重要。目前,主要通过临床症状结合实验室检查结果对UTI进行诊断。实验室检测中,中段尿培养是UTI诊断的金标准,但其阳性检出率低且耗时长,无法满足临床需要。因此,寻找新的UTI生物标志物作为中段尿培养方法的补充,具有重要的临床意义。文章就目前几种新的血清和尿液UTI生物标志物进行综述。

Abstract:

Urinary tract infection(UTI) is one of the most common bacterial infections. Because UTI is usually characterized by atypical symptoms,accurate diagnosis and early treatment are important for preventing septicemia and improving long-term prognosis. The current diagnosis of UTI is based on clinical symptoms combined with clinical laboratory determinations. Urinary culturing is the gold standard for the diagnosis of UTI,and it has the disadvantages of low positive determination rate and time-consuming,which is unable to meet clinical needs. Therefore,finding new biomarkers of UTI is of clinical significance. Several potential biomarkers of serum and urine are reviewed.
