摘要:

泌尿系统感染是临床最常见的感染性疾病之一,及时有效地控制泌尿系统感染可避免病原菌侵袭肾脏等重要脏器,显著改善患者预后和生活质量。快速、准确地确定泌尿系统感染病原体的种类并明确其对抗菌药物的敏感性是有效控制泌尿系统感染的关键。目前临床上诊断泌尿系统感染的主要依据是中段尿培养和尿常规检测,这些方法在时效性和准确性方面存在一定的不足。质谱技术、表面增强拉曼光谱技术、传感器和分子生物学技术等新技术和新方法为实现泌尿系统感染的快速、精准诊疗、改善公众健康状况提供了许多新思路,展现出较好的应用前景,文章对其展开综述。

Abstract:

Urinary system infection is one of the most common infectious diseases in clinic. Timely treatment of urinary system infections can avoid pathogens invading the important organs,such as kidney,and improve patients'prognosis and living quality. The key of efficient treatment of urinary system infections is timely determining the types of pathogens and their susceptibility to antibiotics. At present,the traditional clinical diagnosis of urinary system infections focuses on urinary culturing and routine urinary examination,which have some shortcomings in timeliness and accuracy. Many new technologies and methods,such as mass spectrometry,surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy,sensors and molecular biology,provide new ideas for the timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment of urinary system infections,and display potential application prospects.
