EB病毒检测及其临床应用的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

目前临床上由EB病毒（EBV）感染引起的疾病越来越多,如器官移植伴EBV感染。上皮细胞源肿瘤与EBV感染密切相关,常表现为隐性感染,易被临床忽视。随着检验技术的不断成熟,尤其是EBV DNA的定量检测,结合常规的免疫学检测结果,不仅有利于在感染初期及时检出致病原,而且对EBV相关肿瘤的动态监测、预后评估也有积极的意义。文章就国内外EBV的检测方法和EBV相关肿瘤的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Diseases caused by Epstein-Barr virus （EBV） infection are increasing,such as organ transplantation-associated EBV infection. Epithelial cell source tumor is correlated with EBV infection,and it is characterized by recessive infection and is often ignored in clinic. With the development of determination methods for EBV infection,especially quantitative determination of EBV DNA,combined with the results of immunological determination,pathogens could be timely determined in early infection period. It is potential for the dynamic monitoring and prognosis evaluation of EBV-related tumors. This review focuses on the determination methods of EBV from home and abroad and the relationship between EBV-related determination and tumors.
