Abstract:

Objective To analyze the clinical and laboratory examination characteristics of diclonal multiple myeloma ,and to improve the detection rate of diclonal multiple myeloma. Methods The clinical data were collected from 5 cases of diclonal multiple myeloma in Huazhong University of Science and Technology Tongji Medical College Tongji Hospital from 2014 to 2017. Results In the 5 cases of diclonal multiple myeloma, there were 2 cases of IgG-IgA and 3 cases of IgG-IgG. Two cases were treated and changed into monoclonal multiple myeloma. Conclusions The clinical characteristics of diclonal multiple myeloma are lacking in specificity. Patients with diclonal multiple myeloma must be fully determined in laboratories to improve the detection rate of diclonal multiple myeloma.
