摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的　研究组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎（HNL）患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤（NK）细胞变化及临床意义。　方法　用流式细胞术（FCM）检测51例HNL患者及18名健康对照者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞百分率。　结果　HNL组与健康对照组比较，CD3⁺细胞、CD4⁺细胞、CD4⁺/CD8⁺比值及CD16+CD56+细胞下降（P＜0.05）。经治疗，19例治愈患者和30例好转患者上述指标明显上升（P＜0.05），与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。　结论　HNL患者细胞免疫功能明显异常。T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞检测可作为HNL疗效判断的指标。

Abstract: Objective　To study the changes and its clinical significance of T lymphocyte subsets and natural killer（NK） cells in peripheral blood of patients with histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis（HNL）. Methods　The percentages of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells of 51 HNL patients and 18 healthy controls were detected by flow cytometry（FCM）. Results　Compared with the healthy controls，the numbers of CD3⁺ cell，CD4⁺cell，CD16⁺CD56⁺ cell and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ratio decreased in HNL patients（P＜0.05）. After therapy，19 patients achieved complete remission，and 30 patients got improvement，and there was no statistical significance compared with healthy controls（P＞0.05）. Conclusions　Cellular immune function is significantly abnormal in patients with HNL. The detections of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells are clinically significant on the evaluation of therapeutic efficacy of HNL.
