Abstract:

In the past 30 years, the morbidity and mortality of invasive fungal diseases(IFD) are increasing. Considering the non-specific manifestations, limited treatment and high mortality, sensitive and specific laboratory diagnostic methods are of significance to prevent and treat IFD. As a fast and non-invasive method,G-test plays a role in the diagnosis of IFD. The main progresses of G-test in the last 5 years are focused in this review.
