摘要:
近30年来,侵袭性真菌病(IFD)的发生率和死亡率有逐年上升的趋势。IFD发病隐匿、死亡率高,且治疗手段有限,敏感且特异的实验室诊断方法对疾病的预防和治疗具有十分重要的意义。G试验作为一种快速、无创的检验方法,在IFD诊断中的作用日益明显。文章对近5年G试验在IFD诊断相关领域的主要进展进行综述。
