摘要:

免疫系统激活与血栓形成之间存在着复杂的联系,特别是先天免疫反应中的补体系统。补体系统是免疫系统的一部分,除提供天然防御和介导炎症反应外,还与血小板活化和血栓形成存在联系。补体系统中的一些成分,如补体C3、C5、攻膜复合体,可参与调节血小板活化和血栓形成,且活化的血小板还会进一步激活补体系统。然而,这种相互作用的机制仍需进一步探索。文章对近年来血小板和补体的关系相关研究,以及这种关系在以血栓形成和补体激活为特征的疾病中的作用进行综述。

Abstract:

There is a complex relationship between immune system activation and thrombosis,especially in the complement system of the innate immune response. The complement system is a part of the immune system,not only providing natural defense and mediating inflammatory responses,but also being associated with the activation of platelets and thrombosis. Some components of the complement system,such as complement 3(C3),complement 5(C5) and membrane attack complex,can participate in regulating platelet activation and thrombosis,and activated platelets will further activate the complement system. However,the mechanism of this interaction still needs further exploration. This review focuses on the research on the relationship between platelets and complements in recent years,as well as the role of this relationship in diseases characterized by thrombosis and complement activation.
