新生儿血培养的病原菌及耐药性分析

Analysis of the pathogens isolated from blood specimens of neonates and their antibiotic resistance

摘要: 目的 分析常州市妇幼保健院新生儿血培养标本各种病原菌分布情况及主要病原菌的耐药特点。方法 采用双相血培养瓶进行血培养,分离所得菌株用VITEK 32全自动微生物分析仪进行菌种鉴定和药物敏感性试验。结果 血培养结果以革兰阳性菌为主,占70.6%,其中以表皮葡萄球菌为主;革兰阴性杆菌占28.4%。革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素均敏感;革兰阴性杆菌对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物高度敏感。结论 应该重视新生儿血流感染病原菌耐药性检测,根据血培养药物敏感性试验结果选用敏感抗菌药物,可减少细菌耐药性的产生,提高临床治疗效果。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the distribution and antibiotic resistance of pathogens isolated from blood specimens of neonates. Methods Biphasic blood culture bottle was used to culture the blood of the neonates. Isolated strains were identified,and their drug sensitivity tests were completed by VITEK 32 system.Results The results showed that Gram-positive cocci accounted for 70.6%,in which Staphylococcus epidermidis accounted mainly,and Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 28.4%. Gram-positive cocci were sensitive to vancomycin,and Gram-negative bacteria were sensitive to carbapenem. Conclusions The antibiotic resistance determination of pathogens isolated form blood specimens of neonates should be paid attention. Choosing rational antibiotics can reduce the antibiotic resistance and improve the clinical curative effect.
