妊娠期阴道微生物组研究进展

摘要: 人类微生物组是指存在于人体体表和体内的微生物群落。随着测序技术的发展,目前正在研究微生物组的全部基因组成和序列。宏基因组学研究发现,育龄期妇女阴道微生物组的组成有个体差异,在妊娠期,阴道微生物组也会随着激素水平的变化而发生变化。妊娠期并发症如先兆子痫、早产等也和微生物组失调有关。文章对妊娠期阴道微生物组发生的改变及微生物组失调对主要妊娠期并发症的影响及高通量测序技术在阴道微生物组学研究中的应用进行综述。

Abstract: Human microbiome,the collective genome of the microbial community that is on and within us,has recently been mapped with sequencing technologies. Recent metagenomic studies have shown that the vaginal microbiome varies among reproductive age women. Moreover,during pregnancy,vaginal microbiome may also change with hormonal fluctuations. Pregnancy complications,such as preeclampsia and premature birth,were also associated with microbiome dysbiosis. This review provides a brief overview on observations pertaining to both variation and the presumptive potential role of a varied microbiome during pregnancy,the effects of dysbacteriosis on major pregnancy complications and the usage of next-generation sequencing technology as a means to investigate the microbiome.
