摘要:

近年来,耐碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的肠杆菌科细菌已在很多国家被发现,其主要耐药机制是产生碳青霉烯酶,特别是产A类肺炎克雷伯菌碳青霉烯酶(KPC)或依赖锌离子的B类金属酶(MβL)的肠杆菌科细菌在全球许多地区已出现暴发流行。产碳青霉烯酶肠杆菌科细菌(CPE)感染可导致患者死亡,但目前治疗方案非常有限,因此及早发现并监控CPE的定植或感染对控制细菌耐药性的出现和传播至关重要。

Abstract:

Enterobacteriaceae being resistant to carbapenemases has occurred in many countries in recent years. The main mechanism is carbapenemases-producing. Particularly,Enterobacteriaceae,which produces Class A enzymes of Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemases(KPC) or Class B metallo-beta-lactamases(MβL),has outbroken in many areas of the world. Carbapenemases-producing Enterobacteriaceae(CPE) could result in serious bacterial infections and lead to patient death. However,the current treatment options are limited,so the early detection and monitoring of CPE colonization or infection are crucial for controlling the occurrence and spread of drug resistance.
