Abstract:

Ovarian cancer is one of the main causes of female cancer death. Although immunotherapy has been used clinically for ovarian cancer, the effective rate of immunotherapy in ovarian cancer is low. There are immunosuppressive factors in tumor microenvironment, the progression of ovarian cancer may be associated with imbalance of immune system. As an important suppressive T cell subset, regulatory T cells(Treg) play roles in tumor immunity, autoimmunity and maintaining immune tolerance. Treg plays an important role in tumor microenvironment of ovarian cancer, participating in anti-tumor immune tolerance and associating with the progression and prognosis of ovarian cancer. This review mainly focuses on the research progress of tumor microenvironment on Treg in ovarian cancer.
