Research progress in the platelet hyperactivity of diabetes mellitus patients

Abstract:

Diabetes mellitus tumor and cardiovascular disease arecommon non-communicable diseases in the world Diabetes mellitus is a clinical syndrome characterized by metabolic disorders and is caused by the combination of genetic and environmental factors. Vascular complications,including microangiopathy and macroangiopathy,are major causes for its morbidity and mortality. Among the factors contributing to prothrombotic condition,platelet hyperactivity plays a role. The mechanism of platelet hyperactivity in diabetes mellitus is reviewed.
