摘要/Abstract

摘要：

泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染是我国国家监测的性传播疾病之一,可引起男性尿道炎、附睾炎及女性宫颈炎、盆腔炎等。在高危人群中开展沙眼衣原体免疫层析法快速检测,对控制衣原体感染和传播有重要的临床价值。文章介绍了沙眼衣原体免疫层析法检测试剂及其临床应用的研究进展。

关键词: 沙眼衣原体, 免疫层析法, 性传播疾病

Abstract:

Chlamydia trachomatis infection in genitourinary tract is one of sexually transmitted infection under national surveillance. Chlamydia trachomatis could cause male urethritis,male epididymitis,female cervicitis,female pelvic inflammatory disease and so on. The rapid detection,immunochromatography assay,in high-risk population plays a role in controlling the spread of chlamydial infection. This review focuses on the research progress of immunochromatography assay reagents and the clinical application in Chlamydia trachomatis infection.
