摘要:

胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,其高侵袭性等恶性特征常导致疗效不佳,患者预后较差。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在胶质瘤的发生、发展中承担关键角色。文章综述了lncRNA在胶质瘤增殖、侵袭、血管生成等恶性生物学行为中的分子机制,以及在胶质瘤辅助诊断和预后评估中的价值,以期为胶质瘤的辅助诊断、治疗和预后评估提供参考。

Abstract:

Glioma is the most common malignant tumor of the central nervous system,and its aggressive feature often leads to poor treatment outcomes and unfavorable patient prognosis. Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) play a role in the initiation and progression of gliomas. This review summarizes the molecular mechanisms by which lncRNA regulates malignant biological behaviors such as proliferation,invasion and angiogenesis in gliomas,as well as their potential in auxiliary diagnosis and prognostic evaluation. The aim is to provide a reference for the auxiliary diagnosis,treatment and prognosis assessment of gliomas.
