Abstract:

Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL),which accounts for 90% of lymphoma,is a common malignant tumor. When the body is infected with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),the incidence rate of NHL will increase. This type of disease is called acquired immune deficiency syndrome-related lymphoma(ARL). At present, the occurrence and development of ARL has not been determined yet. Due to HIV infection,CD4+ T cells is reduced in patients with ARL,the immune status of patients is also disordered, and ARL occurs. Therefore, the new strategy of therapy focuses on antiviral therapy(ART) and the reconstruction of immune function with applying chemotherapy targeting to lymphoma by R-CHOP. Patients with ARL need to choose appropriate individualized tools, but the prognosis is often different. This review intends to summarize the studies on ARL,including mechanism, treatment and prognosis in recent years and provide new insights for clinical application.
