摘要/Abstract

摘要： 建立可靠的检验全过程质量指标有助于临床实验室明确其检验质量。国内、外大量研究数据表明临床检验差错主要存在于检验前和检验后阶段,但目前临床实验室对检验外阶段的因素关注甚少。我国质量指标的建立还处于起步阶段,国外已有少数国家建立了检验外阶段的质量指标,但无论国内或国际水平而言,关于检验全过程常用术语及通用质量指标的采纳建议仍未达成共识,这对质量指标的建立和实施造成一定的困难,因此实现质量指标的一致化是很紧迫的。

Abstract: The identification of reliable quality indicators in total testing process enables users to ensure the quality of laboratory testing. A large number of national and international study data show that most errors occur in the pre- and post-examination phases, but winning little attention. The study of quality indicators is on the beginning in our country, and the programs on the quality indicators of extra-examinational phases have been developed in some countries, as well. However, there is no consensus on the common terminology in total testing process and the recommendations for the adoption of universal quality indicators, which impedes the establishment and implement of quality indicators, so it is urgent to harmonize proposed quality indicators.
