Abstract:

Objective To establish a secondary pathogen microorganism laboratory biosafety management evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, providing a quantitative basis for laboratory biosafety improvement and dynamic supervision by health authorities. Methods The Delphi method was used to establish an evaluation system consisting of 6 primary and 24 secondary indicators. The indicator weights and the judgment matrix and membership parameters were determined through expert consultation. The weights of each indicator were calculated using the AHP method, and the multi-level comprehensive evaluation was completed using fuzzy operators to achieve quantitative scoring and grade evaluation of laboratory biosafety. A fuzzy evaluation matrix was established according to expert scoring. An example of a secondary pathogen microorganism laboratory was selected for verification. Results The establishment of the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation biosafety management evaluation model can, handle subjective fuzziness, and output visualized quantitative evaluation results. The verification results showed that the comprehensive score of laboratory biosafety was 3.872,and the grade was good. Conclusions The evaluation results of this model can provide a scientific basis for the precise improvement of laboratory biosafety, the establishment of a dynamic supervision mechanism by the authorities, and the implementation of hierarchical management strategies.
