红花注射液对8种临床生化检验项目的体外干扰研究

In vitro interference of Honghua injection on 8 clinical biochemical assays

摘要:

目的 探讨红花注射液在体外对常用临床生化项目是否存在干扰。方法 参考美国临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI)EP7-A2文件,采用配对差异试验和剂量效应试验评估红花注射液对丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、总蛋白(TP)、甘油三酯(TG)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、葡萄糖(Glu)和无机磷(P)检测的干扰。结果 配对差异试验结果显示40 mL/L红花注射液对TG、Glu检测产生正干扰,对Cr、UA检测产生负干扰;对ALT、LDH、TP、P检测无干扰。剂量效应结果显示,红花注射液对TG的干扰为二次方程干扰,对Cr、UA、Glu的干扰为线性干扰。结论 红花注射液对部分临床生化检测项目存在干扰。

Abstract:

Objective To assess the in vitro interference of Honghua injection on clinical biochemical assays. Methods According to the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI)EP7-A2,the interference of Honghua injection on alanine aminotransferase(ALT),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),total protein(TP),triglyceride(TG),creatinine(Cr),uric acid(UA),glucose(Glu) and phosphorus(P) assays was determined through paired difference test and dosage effect experiments. Results The paired difference test showed that 40 mL/L Honghua injection had positive interference effect on TG and Glu and negative interference effect on Cr and UA,and there was no interference on ALT,LDH,TP and P. The dosage effect experiments showed that Honghua injection produced quadratic regression interference effect on TG and linear interference effect on Cr,UA and Glu. Conclusions Honghua injection has interference effect on some clinical biochemical assays.
